The equipment can be used to crushing, cleaning, dewatering and drying the waste PET bottles. The bottles on the material-selecting conveyor are manually selected. Then the feeding conveyor will transfer them to the crusher. The screw feeder will carry the disintegrated bottles to the rinser (hot washing kettle), which heats the materials by steam and remove the oil stains on the materials’ surface. They will be, again, cleaned by the single screw washing machine and the triple floating vats, which can separate the impurity and the labels from the materials. After all the cleaning, the PET pieces will be dehydrated by the screw dewatering and sent to the dryer through blower. The blower will also be used to transfer the dried material to the container. Finally, the PET pieces will be packed or processes. This is an ideal machine to transfer the waste to those, which can be used.
